is organized to assist those of us who desire to buy a unit or two
around the world for your current or future pleasure. Instead of owning
a property outright our concept revolves around fractional ownership.
You are allowed to buy into a property in increments of calendar
quarters, so each unit initially has four owners. Each owner receives
three shares representing the three calendar months that they purchased.
These can be resold in total or as individual shares by the buyer, so
each unit in theory could potentially have twelve owners each owning one
calendar month. |

We have been readers of International
Living magazine for many years and have become enamored with the
thought of having a second home somewhere in this world. Our problem,
like many of you, is that we do not want to permanently retire to this
spot but rather take a long siesta and enjoy our "home away from
home." Our magazine friends do not offer such a program, so we
decided to offer this program for like mined individuals.
Our concept also keeps property appreciation in the forefront, since you
are buying the real estate. We understand that acquiring second home
real estate is for pleasure AND capital appreciation. Besides, it allows
for the use of IRA money if it is truly for investment. |
